Benson is our singleton out of Hope and Waylan. She weighed 7 ounces at birth and had a HUGE imbilical hernia. Benson had to be bottle fed after a few weeks because her momma's milk dried up. We kept Benson in a tub until she could navigate on her own and I carried her everywhere with me! Raising a singleton and bottle feeding every 2 hours was quite an experience...one that I'll never forget and that I will always cherish!! Benson was a total joy and she always made us laugh!! Benson is loved by the Litzinger family and has a 2 legged sister and a 4 legged sister (Elizabeth who is a 10 1/2 year old Mastiff!!)

Benson (1 year old) watching over half sister Harper (12 weeks old)
As I stated above, Benson had a HUGE umbilical hernia! It didn't keep her from being a normal puppy but it scared us to death!! Our Vet suggested we wait until she was at least 7 weeks old before having it repaired which we did. We were so nervous waiting for the outcome of the surgery. We got Benson home and she was her normal self...running around like crazy!!
She loved playing in the shower...just like her momma!!
I think they love each other
